Functionality :

  • Users can participate in group purchases, where if a certain number of people commit to buying within a 24-hour timeframe, the deal goes through often unlocking discounts or exclusive items.
  • If the required group threshold isn’t met, the purchase is automatically canceled and full refunds are issued
  • The platform handles individual payments and shipping, making it hassle-free—no need to sort between buyers or handle logistics manually.

Challenges :

Group payment threshold reverting finalizing process :- used DB/Cache Transaction locks , stripe webhook event schedulers.
Payment transaction share policy sharing and bank transfer policies handle :- stripe balance transactions.

Challenges :

Mapping user template data to Word file was done using PHPWord file and some custom enhanced tweaks to improve service quality of the output product.

  • Buyer Onboarding via Agents: Buyers register using the Agent ID; all transactions are tracked with agent association.
  • Transaction Management: Includes quotation requests, negotiation (bid/counteroffer), order confirmation, contract generation, shipment, and payment processing.
  • Additional Enhancements: Real-time chatbox for communication, optimized data loading, and a modern, smooth UI for seamless user experience.

Key features include real-time chat between all user groups and an interactive floor map allowing users to precisely pinpoint the location of an issue, describe the problem, and add contextual information like photos or notes. The app is built with a high-fidelity user interface, focusing on responsiveness and smooth navigation using bottom tabs. Its technical foundation is a clean, domain-driven architecture, leveraging Riverpod for state management, Dio and GraphQL for robust data handling, and secure local storage to protect sensitive information.

Building this platform came with challenges such as complex business rules, multi-club onboarding, and integrating external services like CRM, seat booking, and payment gateways. To address this, we designed a configurable backend, robust batch processes, and role-based dashboards that let clubs control memberships, seats, and events without technical overhead.
